seaside t-tops

Inspiration....summer takes me away. I focus my energy on such different things during summer days...places to go, outdoorsy things to do and sandy, wet dogs. I have ONE reader, who is questioning just where i have gone on Tuesday's...where is my blog dedicated to frigging table tops on Tuesday?? OK a while back i did somewhat start this corky day of table tops, which i do intend on keeping and branching out of just my ordinary house hold things. I may even add a trivia, IE here is a table top....where do you think it is? gay, yeah, i know but at least i know I'm pleasing a bright eyed, fun, cupcake loving, bagel hating girl out there! Well then there is the question, why Tuesday Cait? You know why, Tuesday is just a weird day, you're over Monday blues and ohh so close to Wednesday's "hump day"...we need something to brighten our Tuesday's up --- and gosh darn why not table tops! OK ciao little lady! ;)

we watched the sun set out on the beach last night,

then drove out to Saquish, where we met this baby seal.

He was so cute, we didn't want to leave him all by himself!

Gregg stood guard to make sure all the cars saw he was there.

we later finally left him, others came that were going to stay until he went back into the ocean. You could tell he was in somewhat distress, he kept itching with his little hands, yawning and showing his teeth ( which by the way look just like k9 teeth). He was so cute he was rolling on his back, i just wanted to go and rub his belly. People had called wildlife rescue and they informed us all that they are not friendly & can attack if you go too close....so we stepped back & set up buoys around him!

The twins photos sold for $14Million!! Monday, they will grace the cover of People Magazine, can't wait!

What will she do with 2 more? We'll have to wait & see! JK!

plum island

Spent the past two days out on the plum. I'm so burnt and Gregg's feet are wicked swollen from his burns...we're such dorks, more sunscreen next time for sure! We got away from life here and the two crazy boys, to be joined with friends and family for some good food, wine and laughs....oh and of course the beach! We filled our days with biking around the island, kayaking out to the sandbars (where i found really cool shells!), and soaking up the rays. We sat out on the sandbar for awhile, watching skydivers jump from their plane to land on the beach below. Ate at one of the TWO restaurants on the island for breakfast, Mad Martha's...good french toast with strawberries and fun people! Then this little muppet above followed us where ever we went & we did encouraged it for she is the mother of our two boys, weird to say but true! Well we've def found our second home up on the north shore, thanks to mom & dads relocation. We can't wait to spend more time up there this summer!
